Click here – Deputy Centre Coordinator
As a Deputy Centre Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the foodbank by helping manage volunteers, opening and closing the centre, supporting clients, using our computer systems, and helping with foodbank operations. You’ll also assist with food vouchers, supermarket and fuel support, signposting, reports and stock. This is a practical role for someone confident, organised and comfortable using computers.

Commitment
We’re looking for reliable, friendly volunteers who can commit to regular shifts, work confidently as part of a team, and support clients with care and professionalism. Good computer skills are essential, and you must be a resident of the London Borough of Bromley.
Click here – Centre Helper
As a Centre Helper, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the foodbank by welcoming clients, packing food parcels, providing computer support when needed, and helping with general tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and support different areas of the centre as part of a friendly team.

We’re looking for reliable, friendly volunteers who can commit to regular shifts, work well as part of a team, and are willing to learn and help wherever needed. Training will be provided.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the foodbank by sorting, packing and organising food and essential items. You’ll work as part of a friendly team to ensure donations are prepared and ready for distribution.

Commitment
We’re looking for reliable volunteers who can commit to regular weekly shifts and make a longer-term commitment to the role. You’ll need to be comfortable using a computer and working with confidential client information.

As a volunteer computer user, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food bank services and supporting individuals in crisis. By using our Foodbank DCS (Data Collective System), you will help process client referrals, verify their details, and ensure they receive the right support.

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to supporting us on a regular weekly basis and are happy to make a longer-term commitment to the role.
Click here – Welcome Team Volunteer
As a Welcome Team Volunteer, you will be the first person our clients meet when they arrive at the foodbank. This role is incredibly important, as many people who visit us may be experiencing difficult circumstances and can feel anxious or uncertain. Your warm welcome, friendly conversation, and reassuring presence can help put people at ease and ensure they feel respected, valued, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to volunteering on a regular basis. As our Foodbank relies on a consistent and dependable team, regular attendance is essential to help us provide the best possible service and support to our clients.

Our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages offer different ways for your organisation to support our foodbank, from raising awareness to making a bigger impact in our community.
🥉 Bronze | Support & Raise Awareness
Perfect for smaller teams. Volunteer one or two team members at our monthly food drives, organise a food collection in your workplace and help raise awareness of our foodbank and the support we provide.
🥈 Silver | Corporate Team Day
Bring your team to our warehouse for a fun and meaningful experience. Meet our team, learn more about our work and get hands-on while making a difference. A supporting donation to the foodbank is requested. Suitable for teams of up to 6 people.
🥇 Gold | Supermarket Sweep Challenge
For larger teams looking to make a bigger impact. Take part in our exciting Supermarket Sweep-style challenge, meet the team, explore our warehouse and hear more about the difference your support makes. Gold is for organisations making a higher level of donation and is suitable for groups of up to 15 people.
